We recruit for semester 1 each year, commencing around September the previous year. The process is managed by Curtin Careers’ Earn While You Learn program.

Our recruitment process involves a written application, with shortlisted applicants undertaking a group interview. As per any Curtin staff position, an identity check and police clearance is required at the applicant’s own cost.
UniPASS is funded by the Student Services and Amenities Fee and relies on unit availability, hence the casual nature of the role as we cannot guarantee employment year to year.
