Managing your course

During your time at Curtin it is your responsibility to manage your studies. This includes your enrolment requirements, class registration (if applicable), timetable and course completion requirements.

You can manage your administrative and enrolment requirements via OASIS.

Re-enrolling

If you have completed one or more study periods and you are continuing in the same course.

Withdrawing

If you need to change your enrolment for any reason you have a few options available to you.

Attendance mode

There are four different attendance modes.

Study load

Your enrolment study load is directly related to the course you are enrolled in.

Class registration

Register for classes such as lectures and tutorials.

Leave of absence

You may be entitled to take leave of absence from your course.

Cross-institutional enrolment

If you are studying at more than one university.

Unit completion rate requirement

If you started a new course after 1 January 2022, you must pass at least 50% of your units to continue in a commonwealth supported place and receive HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP.

Fast Track Enrolment: Through Open Universities Australia (OUA)

Perth Campus students may be able to undertake Curtin units via Open Universities Australia as part of their course.
