My Enrolment

Within the My Enrolment tab you can:

View your current enrolment details
Email a PDF copy of your student email to your student email
Enrol in units
Withdraw from units
View any requisite waivers you have been granted.

Generating my enrolment advice

To generate your Enrolment Advice:

1. Log into OASIS.

3. Click on the eStudent tile.

4. Click on the My Enrolment tab.

5. Click on Email my Enrolment Advice. This will send a copy of your Enrolment Advice to your preferred email account. Please allow approximately 5 minutes for the document to be emailed to you.

The Enrolment Advice will show the units you are enrolled in, as well as the dates and times your classes run. Only units that you are currently enrolled in will appear on this document. Future units that you are yet to enrol in, as well as units that have been graded, will be excluded. If you are not currently enrolled in any units, even if you have completed units previously, you will not be able to generate an Enrolment Advice.

If you are a research student, you can obtain a research enrolment advice by contacting the Graduate Research School.

Unit completion rate requirement

If you’re in a Commonwealth supported place (CSP) or you’re using HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP, and you started a new course after 1 January 2022, you must pass at least 50% of your units to continue in a CSP and/or receive HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP. Find out more.

Curtin OUA

Curtin OUA students manage your enrolments through your OUA student hub.

If you are enrolled in an OUA unit you will need to follow the OUA process for withdrawal.
