To be eligible to apply for New Colombo Plan funding, you must:
- Be an Australian citizen and not have dual citizenship or residency rights in the program host location
- Be enrolled in an on-shore campus of an Australian university
- Be undertaking a bachelor or bachelor honours degree as defined by the Australian Qualifications Framework at the commencement of the program
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
